I have created the opendbx repository on git.debian.org. You can clone from the (empty) and push to the repository from git+ssh://<your-debian-account>@git.debian.org/git/collab-maint/opendbx Or did you also never push a new package to a git repository? If you don't have experience doing this, I can do it for you as well.
