Hello,

I'm packaging berusky2 for Debian. I found this in src/komat/dxtlib.h in
berusky2-0.7.tar.gz :

  Path: C:\Dev\devrel\Nv_sdk_4\Dx8_private\PhotoShop\dxtlib
  File: dxtlib.h

  Copyright (C) 1999, 2000 NVIDIA Corporation
This file is provided without support, instruction, or implied warranty of any
kind. NVIDIA makes no guarantee of its fitness for a particular purpose and
is
not liable under any circumstances for any damages or loss whatsoever arising
from the use or inability to use this file or items derived from it.

The file seems part of PhotoShop, and I don't see a license that would make the
file free to distribute.

Can you modify berusky2 so that it no longer needs this file ?

Regards,

Bart Martens
