The grsecurity kernel patch exists, I have proposed to the iptables maintainer to include grsec stealth support, so now the only thing lacking are the grsecurity admin tools as well as several other small utilities. I intend to package these (packaging is mostly done) in the name of Imre Kaloz, who's provided inofficial packages, and who'll take them over once he joins the Debian team.
