Well, my main concern is that the (probably very) few number of people who would regularly use this and therefore the net benefit of having it in Debian does not outweigh the danger of making such an extension more easily accessible to millions of users. It's good that there are safety precautions, but still. In any case, the package should probably be named xul-mitm-me to adhere to the Firefox extension naming scheme.
