This would be a pain to package. First off, it requires Ruby 1.9, which is at its infancy in Debian - I had to totally uninstall Ruby 1.8 to make it work...
Second, the install instructions tell you to run "bundle install", which installs tens of gems, some that seem totally unrelated (e.g. capistrano). Basically, we need to install a *lot* of ruby libraries by hand.
