I received the following suggestions about the packaging (I hope to
include all this weekend in the updated package):
* Include copyright of the Debian packaging.
* Remove the dirs file.
* Use dh in the rules file or at least remove unused instructions
and use another file for symlinks (same as the file for manpages).
