I think we need add it as is. Then we have two packages. Choise between mysql and mariadeb make as alternatives and symlinks. It`s need for programms used *mysql*.so files. But for web projects it not important.
Blocking port 3306 is user problem. Anybody can change it.
I think the mariadb don`t need to replace the mysql. Even if the author
of mariadb wants it. We need 2 packages.
