mod_auth_mysql is an Apache authentication module that uses a MySQL database
to store its security information.
This software is included with Apache 1.3.19 debs (Potato) but have been
removed by the Apache maintainer in the Apache 1.3.20 debs.
Apache maintainer annonced a separate deb in changelog 1.3.14-3 but never
built it and never answered request for.

to be in Debian is already there (at unstable).
