Hi Chris, The package is still coming along, and I am working on it every chance I get. I am hoping to have a package ready to submit within the next month.
I am currently using 31.08 as the base for packaging, but before I release I will switch it to 31.16 and update this ITP as and when. I'll be sure to get in touch when I am ready for testers.
