Hello. For reasons listed below, I will be taking over this ITP and uploading qoauth to Debian soon. The reasons are: 1. ITP was filed nearly 1 year ago. 2. No response has been given to a query about this ITP's status that was made a month ago. 3. With Twitter moving purely to OAuth, there are several packages in Debian that need this library soon. noah
