Yupp, I started working on it, as an dependency for xfce4-plugin-indicator and I have a working version of the 0.2 package in the pkg-xfce svn. However, x-p-indicator sucks (read: sort of unusable software), which is the reason I did not upload libindicator at that time. If you are interested, I could have a look at the newest upstream and upload it in a couple of days. Or you fetch my stuff from svn and work on your own, or you look at what ubuntu has done here (my package was based on theirs at that time anyways).
