well, i've updated debian/copyright as best i can, but the last few entries are a bit dubious.
there are numerous files with no licensing claims other than upstreams headers: FILE_LICENCE( GPL2_OR_LATER ); there are some with no copyright holder. there also numerous files with no licensing declarations whatsoever... so i added: Files: ... Copyright: unknown License: FILE_LICENCE( GPL_ANY ); ... Files: ...
