Hi Penny, I started looking at packaging latest Moodle 1.9 and have few questions (I'm not sure if I should be posting them here or is there more appropriate place). My plan is to package latest Moodle 1.9 (currently 1.9.8). I will use dbconfig-common and quilt. dbconfig-common seems straight forward but I'm not yet sure how to handle update from current package to the new one that uses dbconfig. I could use any hints here. I will create a small patch to use libphp-magpierss instead of magpierss bundled with Moodle. I'm not sure about fix for MDL-7045 being included upstream. What would you do if it's not the case? Package with the bundled library? Updating to upstream 1.9.8 should close most of the bugs reported on http://packages.qa.debian.org/m/moodle.html - I guess I will need to go through them and confirm. On which head in the moodle debian git repository should I work? new-sid? cheers, Tomek -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-wnpp-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe". Trouble?
