Congratulations!!! > Is there anything I can do to help bringing spca5xx-modules-source into > existance? Please let me know in that case! Not really, all you can do is wait. The USP camera driver package is still waiting for my Debian application to be processed. I am working on a debian package for this driver (along with several other packages) but am waiting for my AM to finish processing my Debian application before I can upload them to Debian. I realize that I can use my sponsor for my packages but he is really too busy to take on more so sarge will have to ship without a driver for USB webcams. Since my DD application has been in the works for a year and a half I don't expect it to take too much longer and so am not looking for another sponsor. Sorry the USB driver didn't make it into sarge but the DD application process is pretty slow. I have talked to both the current DPL and the previous DPL *IN PERSON* about the slow DD process but nothing can be done. We just have to wait ... and wait ... and wait. My packages should be in etch. Or maybe the release after that. Who knows :-( Steve -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe". Trouble? Contact [EMAIL PROTECTED]
