How is this different from libmail-mbox-messageparser-perl?
It parses headers and lets you access them easily; Mail::Mbox::MessageParser just spits out the email without any other sort of processing. In fact, Mail::MboxParser is able to use Mail::MBox::MessageParser as a fast backend, which is why it's a Recommends.
