linux-wlan-ng hasn't been in any stable release for years, and was
removed from unstable in November 2023 (see
https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/linux-wlan-ng), so it's no longer in the
archive at all.  There should be no need to keep it in
Packages-arch-specific any more.
