Some buildds don't seem to set $HOME to /nonexistent

Hi,

while reporting #1070498 I noticed that the build succeeded on some 
buildds (x86-grnet-02, arm-conova-04, zandonai) that have
  HOME=/var/lib/sbuild
instead of
  HOME=/sbuild-nonexistent
