I'd say feature requests go into the BTS for buildd.debian.org.
That would make it vastly easier to grep the logs of all architectures to find out whether an issue applies identically to many architectures.
To unblock you: As a DD you can log into wuiet and do your analysis there. I understand that this does not provide a solution for non-DDs.
