Please give back sunpy on 32 bit

Hello,

There was a bug in skimage that caused sunpy to FTBFS on all 32 bit
architectures.  This has been fixed in 0.14.1-2.  Please give
back sunpy on armel, armhf, i386, mips, and mipsel.
