Hi! cutils is currently marked Not-For-Us on powerpcspe. According to Carlos Maddela, the issue has been fixed (the package used to B-Dep on flex-old which was unavailable, it depends on regular flex now). I've verified in a qemu-user chroot, seems to work correctly.
