Please give back gtk-gnutella on ppc64el

Hello,

gtk-gnutella  was impacted  by  #845751  and it's  just  been  fixed and  gcc-6
6.3.0-11 has been rebuild and is available with the fix.

I've checked myself and gtk-gnutella build should be fixed too. Please give 
back gtk-gnutella on ppc64el.
