Hi. Package libexpect-php5 failed to build on ppc64el a long time ago (2014-09-12). I have just tested it in a clean schroot against newer tcl-expect (and, subsequently, tcl-8.6) and it completed with no errors. Please give back libexpect-php5 on ppc64el against tcl-expect 5.45-7 and tcl8.6
