Please give back pyexiv2 on i386 and s390

Please give back pyexiv2 on i386 and s390. In both cases the package is 
marked as failed with the reason given as a bug that is now fixed. 
According to jereons buildd information pages neither architecture has 
attempted to build the current version. The current version has either 
built succesfully or is currently building on all other release 
architectures.
