To be honest, I was trying to reduce the amount of time I was spending on this discussion (I certainly failed at that), and therefore was doing the old debian-vote hack of only paying close attention to proposals that had reached the required number of seconds and relying on other people to winnow down the number of things I had to examine in detail.
