I believe that an option of "raise this issue with the Technical Committee and let them decide" should be on the ballot. While the TC normally hasn't the power to overrule delegates, it is my understanding that a GR can give them that power (think of it as "we overrule the FTP team's decision with whatever the TC will decide").
