Would you consider proposing an alternative ballot option, instead of repeatedly stating your dislike of this one? Debian's voting system allows anyone to propose a ballot option that has their position represented, and Steve explicitly invited it. This will lead to a ballot which represents the various positions in the project and allows anyone to rank them.
