Six DDs can force a vote, but not necessarily a decision. Would a higher quorum help to ensure that divisive issues remain moot unless there is broader interest? A quorum of 48 voters may satisfy a statistician, but 125 might ensure in addition that the issue being decided is in fact "of central importance." Kind regards Felix Lechner
