Could you use a date format that is understood by date(1)? The current one is not: $ date -d '00:00:00 UTC on Sunday, November 29th, 2015' date: invalid date ‘00:00:00 UTC on Sunday, November 29th, 2015’
The following ballot is for voting on updateing the standard resolution procedure.
Typo: updateing -> updating
It's option will modify the constitution and so require a 3:1 majority.
