For future vote, what do you think to use something other that
numbers to identify choices (letters for example).
For the ballot, its would be nearly the same, but for the acknowledgment
mail, I think it would be cleared.
For example, instead of:

we would have:

With the current ballot, I always start to thing that this line means
Choice 3 (Neil McGovern) in first
Choice 2 (Gergely Nagy) in second
Choice 4 (None Of The Above) in third
Choice 1 (Mehdi Dogguy) in fourth
And after, I remember that the numbers are not the "Choice number", so
it should be read
Choice 1 (Mehdi Dogguy) in third
Choice 2 (Gergely Nagy) in second
Choice 3 (Neil McGovern) in fourth
Choice 4 (None Of The Above) in first
Using letters for the choices in the ballot would make clearer that
V: 3241
is not
V: CBDA
ie, this is not the available choices in their preferred order but
the rank of the different choices.
