So by my calculations the minimum discussion period (which has not
been varied by the Project Leader) expired about half an hour ago.
I hereby call for a vote on my proposal and all related amendments
(Constitution A.2(2)).
NB: Only Debian Developers are able to vote, and in any case no-one
can vote by replying to this message. This message of mine is a
request to the Project Secretary to organise and conduct a vote; the
Secretary will then send out a Call for Votes, in response to which
Debian Developers can vote. So please don't reply to this message
with `votes'.
