It is not the proposers fault in any case; it is, if anything, the responsibiulity of folks who wanted to vote on more than one option at a time, even when it was clear that the ballot was the way it is now. Secondly, I have presented my arguments why these proposals are all strongly related, and thus deserve to be on the same ballot for a fair vote.
