Er, I think there is a huge difference in significance here. Finding a
mistakenly uploaded package in the archive that accidently got past
James/etc because of a subtle license issue is fantastically different
than catching someone deliberatly using Debian machines to warez copies of
commercial PC games.

I really think the most serious problem with the DMUP is that section 3 is
labled 'Policies' not 'Guidlines'. Really, the document is ment to be:
"Don't do something stupid with Debian boxes that could get Debian or it's
sponsors in trouble. Here are some examples."

I'm personally pretty happy with how sections 1 and 2 read <shrug>
