I tried this, because it seemed to me that there was some sort of conflict that wasn't allowing the IDE controllers to be accessed, but that didn't help. In fact, I tried disabling several of the chipset modules, and I could never get the installer to see the hard drive. > For me, I could shell out (right after the first detection phase I think) > and try "fdisk -l" on an already partitioned drive. There isn't even an entry for my hard drive in /dev or fstab, so I cannot even run fdisk or cfdisk against the drive. > I was using the 3/20 ? netinstall businesscard.iso, and checked (quickly) > the 3/22 businesscard.iso - same issue as above. I downloaded my sarge isos from debian.org and am running them from the CDs. Ruben -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe". Trouble? Contact [EMAIL PROTECTED]
