i saw issues with dialogs as well. the "Save Link to Disk" dialog was giving me this error. i reinstalled the package, and that didn't fix it. i ended up building the package from source (apt-get source -b mozilla-firefox), and that worked. i'll have to keep an eye on /tmp next time when it happens. i had seen similar things with mozilla several months ago, and i fixed it by overwriting the packaged files with the ones from mozilla's binary distribution on their site. thanks for the tip. -- ____________________}John Flinchbaugh{______________________ | [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://www.hjsoft.com/~glynis/ | ~~Powered by Linux: Reboots are for hardware upgrades only~~
