Hello. I've installed gswitchit (2.5.0-2), and tried to configure layouts
with the Applications->Desktop Preferences->Keyboard layouts menu entry (I'm
using gnome in this sid laptop). However, when I add some layout like
"Spanish eliminate dead keys", and click "ok", I get the following:
"Error activating xkb configuration. Probably internal X server problem. X
server version data: The XFree86 Project,Inc 40300001". I don't know much
about keyboard layouts, so I'm lost here. Could it be a gswitchit issue, or
something with xfree? I used the gnome keyboard switcher before, but had to
left it since one recent upgrade in xfree (commented in this list before),
made virtual terminal switching not work with gkb active.
