Ug. Listen, you're right and everything, but "Freedom" and "you can only use it under certain conditions" should not be used in the same sentence -- you are debasing the language. I know all about "Absolute Freedom" and its limits (the term here would be "Public Domain") but you really shouldn't call that Free as in Freedom. Please don't soapbox me, I know what you're going to say. I would call it "Responsibility Software" because "use it responsibily" is a more precisely correct definition.
