I went to print a pdf the other day (Debian Refrence) and made sure that
kprinter specified letter and that the cups driver is letter. However when
I went to print my HPLJ4+M wanted A4 paper...
It prints just fine with acroread or from KDE (non kGhostview) any ideas?
