At some point you have to stop pandering to the absolute lowest common denominator. OP's message is already garbled junk, with that "WebRep" spam I'm not even sure OP knows they are using email. I have a feeling a message like that wouldn't have helped. I don't think adding the extra information to *every* message should be done to prevent the once-per-month or so unsubscribe request. It's bad enough with everyone's signature and people who quote them when replying. Your name is already in the header.
