Ah, ok, that explains the empty box near the bottom of the page, which
I hadn't bothered to investigate. It also explains why my own download
of the PDF was the second one of the same file.

You can see the code by saving the page and using less or an editor
to view it (the first three lines here are the end of a single
~3472-character line):

That's the province of another report: Dietary Guidelines for
Americans, 2020-2025. I think the Thrifty report is aimed mainly at
setting the SNAP benefits, which could soon be moot in view of
tomas's remark.
