I have one of these: Bus 001 Device 025: ID 0a12:0001 Cambridge Silicon Radio, Ltd Bluetooth Dongle (HCI mode) It has "ZEXMTE" printed on the spine, so I think that's the brand name. Anyhow it worked great, until suddenly it didn't. Good thing my headset connects via USB. I don't remember changing anything, but I guess I did. Anyhow YMMV.
