They fail to display in either Mate terminal 1.26 or in Firefox 128.5 so I suspect it is a system thing.
I have no idea if Thunderbird renders Korean glyph properly, but failure (if any) at least is not apparent to me. I expect that Gecko is able to find a fallback font if it is installed.
Do you have the "fonts-recommended" package installed? You may skim through apt search font korean apt list '~nfont~i'
