I noticed an imprint of a sledgehammer in Gene's "dpkg -V".
Configuration changes may be lost during upgrade (unless fixed by
another hit) and defeat usefulness of "systemd-delta". I do not expect
it on most of other machines. Actually it unlikely could cause a
trouble. Usually rsyslogd is running as a secondary logger and logging
libraries usually may gracefully handle logging daemon downtime.
