To download and install a Blu-ray AACS certificate, you can:
Download a KEYDB.cfg file from a source like ArchWiki
Copy the file to the directory ~/.config/aacs
The KEYDB.cfg file contains VUK data that's needed to decrypt Blu-ray
discs. The file is available in all languages, but only the disc name is
translated. It's recommended to update the file regularly, as new versions
are sometimes released.
