hd1 has Void Linux.  They don't use the stable/testing/unstable terminology.

I don't understand.  To my understanding, booted into Debian 11 on hd0.

A new-to-me detail is hd0 having FAT and hd1 having GPT.
According to this, OK for Grub2.
