I have upgraded to 6.1.0-26 since I sent out the first email but the issue is
still there. Have researched it a bit since then and can provide a bit more
info:

1. The issue appears to affect all mouse cursor themes (Adwaita, all Oxygen,
etc) with the exception of Breeze cursor themes (maybe because I'm using Breeze
global desktop theme?).

2. Only the first (and perhaps) the most important arrow mouse cursor is
affected, the rest seem to work properly. For example, with the Oxygen White
cursor theme active, FF v128 shows black arrow mouse cursor instead of the
white arrow cursor, but also correctly shows the white hand from the the Oxygen
White theme when the cursor hovers over the links.

3. With the Breeze Light theme active, FF v128 correctly shows all mouse
cursors, including showing the white arrow cursor when appropriate.
