hey wayne, I know you wrote this a while ago, but did you notice if you have the charter fonts in that directory? If so, do you think you could just send them over to me? then I could try and put them in my .fonts directory and see if they show up. I have a /usr/lib/openoffice/share/psprrint/etc directory, but charter isn't listed there.
