One of the bigger problems (I find) with the social media and community sites that want to replace a mailing list is, some sites don't allow search engines to crawl their sites. So you don't even know where to go to get a question answered. You have to start at the site and search at the site. I personally don't buy into the theres-an-app-for-that-mailing-list mentality. I don't participate in the social networking experiments. I refuse to be the product. Jeff
