Well, that's the problem, isn't it? *We* don't know either, because most of us don't use one! I'm doing the best I can trying to document these systems that I don't use personally. It would be *nice* if their developers would document them, so we wouldn't have to reverse engineer how they work and come up with our own workarounds. It's much, much harder when you can't even reverse engineer one yourself, and instead have to rely on the reports of other users.
