I'm confused. Your time displays (Keith) look sensible to me, given they are in local time for somewhere like Brisbane. The only confusing display to me is what Greg's MUA showed when quoting your message. The time is correct but is shown in 12-hr +offset format, which is a bit weird and is in contrast to the way his own message time is displayed in 24-hr format.
