Robert Morris Sr. has some good advice, <https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Robert_Morris_(cryptographer)>: It is easy to run a secure computer system. You merely have to disconnect all dial-up connections and permit only direct-wired terminals, put the machine and its terminals in a shielded room, and post a guard at the door. You may remember his son, Robert Tappan Morris. He's the author of the Morris worm from the late 1980s. Jeff
